Former President Donald Trump disparaged Washington D.C. at his campaign rally in Iowa — describing the city a “rat-infested, graffiti-infested sh*thole.”

As Trump dealt with hecklers, and re-upped his legal immunity claims and promised to prosecute his political foes, he announced “We will take over the horribly-run capital of our nation. Horribly run.”

“We have now a capital that we all love. At this time, it’s a rat-infested, graffiti-infested sh*thole where individuals are being killed,” Trump said quickly prior to adding he would wrest control of the town faraway from Mayor Muriel Bowser.

We are going to take it far from the mayor. That does not make me well-liked there, but I’ve to assert it. now We have to run our capital incredibly. We have now to take the graffiti off those terrific marble columns in all places the town the place they have got swastikas printed on them, the place they have got the names of people that have hearts. People who are in love and they write a coronary heart. We are going to clean up our capital, we’re going to knock out the slums. We now have slums. We are going to have essentially the most gorgeous capital on the planet.

Trump ended this tangent through questioning what international emissaries would think if they saw this dilapidation that his opponents supposedly allowed.
