A plumber at a Houston, Texas megachurch belonging to televangelist Joel Osteen made a stunning discovery in the wall at the back of a toilet — envelopes stuffed full of money.

The plumber, named Justin, known as into a neighborhood radio show to inform the story from November 10, 2021.

“It used to be simply improbable!” George Lindsey, host of the Morning Bullpen at 100.three The Bull, recalled. “The things he was once telling us that they found in the walls.”

“There used to be a unfastened bathroom in the wall, and we eliminated the tile,” Lindsey recounted the caller announcing. “We went to go cast off the bathroom, and I moved some insulation away and about 500 envelopes fell out of the wall, and I was like ‘Oh wow!’”

Justin then defined that he contacted his supervisor and grew to become over the entire money. A representative from Lakewood Church established Justin’s story to native media.

“We were like, ‘What are you talking about?’” Lindsey brought. “So, then he relayed to us that in 2014 there was once a big story about cash being stolen from Lakewood Church that they by no means recovered.”

“Don’t you want to know what took place, I mean they stole the money, but they didn’t get it out of the wall. Did they’ve an accident, you know what I imply? It’s like, why did they by no means go back? If it’s that cash, why did they never return?” Lindsey said.

Native media in Houston mentioned:

If truth be told, the Houston Police Division is still investigating the seven-year-old case involving the disappearance of $600,000. It’s doubtful how much cash the plumber found out, however the case raises plenty of questions.
