BANGKOK (Reuters) – An aircraft crashed into the Mekong river in Laos on Wednesday and 39 individuals had been killed, media reported. A Lao Airlines plane on an inner flight from the capital, Vientiane, to the south of the us of a, crashed into the Mekong within the late afternoon, China’s Xinhua state news company mentioned, citing the airline. A tv station in neighboring Thailand mentioned 39 people had been killed. Airline and govt officers in Laos weren’t instantly to be had for comment.
