Marjorie Taylor Greene Responds to 'MTG for VP' Calls at LIV Golf Tournament

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) defended a ways-right conspiracy theorist Alex Jones on Wednesday after a jury ordered him to pay virtually a $1 billion in compensatory damages to the households of victims of the Sandy Hook massacre.

Jones told his followers that the 2012 Sandy Hook taking pictures, by which 19 kids and 6 adults were murdered in an elementary college, used to be a hoax and that households and victims were problem actors, which result in harassment and threats directed at the grieving households.

“No matter what you call to mind Alex Jones all he did was discuss words,” wrote Greene on Twitter, including:

Jones was once now not on trial for the words he spoke, but the marketing campaign of harassment and concern that followed. Oldsters testified in court that their youngsters’s graves had been desecrated and so they got threatening letters from Jones’s followers saying they’d dig up the our bodies of the murdered children.

Greene has in the past claimed mass shootings were “false flag” assaults perpetrated to scare Americans into gun reform.

“I’ve bought a question for you. How do you get avid gun owners, and those who reinforce the 2nd Amendment, to surrender their weapons and go together with anti-gun legislation? How do you do this?” Greene mentioned in a video she launched on social media earlier than turning into a member of Congress.

“Possibly you accomplish that via performing a mass shooting into a crowd that is very prone to be conservative, very more likely to vote Republican, very more likely to be Trump supporters, very prone to be pro-Second Modification and very likely to personal guns,” she continued within the clip.
