Kerry says Syria peace conference should be held soon

LONDON (Reuters) – Secretary of State John Kerry called on Monday for a peace convention on Syria "very soon" however said peace would not be that you can think of with out a transition govt to switch President Bashar al-Assad. "We consider it’s urgent to set a day, to convene the conference and work toward a brand new Syria," Kerry informed reporters after assembly United Nations unique envoy to Syria Lakhdar Brahimi in London. …
