Patrick Guess-David Podcast

Fox Information host Jesse Watters joined the Patrick Wager-David podcast and requested the host if a worker making $20 an hour amounts to “six figures” for the year.

During a PBD podcast that aired last week but was once surfaced on-line on Friday, Watters promoted his aptly titled e book, Get It Collectively.

“You’re very good at math, so see if you can do this for your head,” Watters advised the host. “You probably can. If you happen to’re making $20 an hour to work at a fast meals restaurant, okay, is that– is that six figures? Are you making six figures?”

“No,” Guess-David said, “$40k a year.” (The exact gross pay for a full-time worker making $20 an hour is $forty one,600.)

“So, if your husband or wife can also be there, you’re making $100,000 as a household,” Watters mentioned, still reputedly not sure of the math. “Both working at McDonald’s.”

“Eighty grand,” a voice off digital camera corrected him.

“Good enough, that’s crazy,” Watters replied. “That’s crazy, as a result of that job truly doesn’t require much. So, it’s inflating your entire– , labor sector and the Happy Meal.”
