Former Rep. Denver Riggleman (R-VA) said he realized all through his time as a technical adviser for the Jan. 6 committee that somebody throughout the White House used to be in communication with a Capitol rioter because the constructing was overrun.

The former Air Pressure intelligence officer claims in an upcoming 60 Minutes interview.

The convey teased the interview on Twitter Friday with a clip of Riggleman speaking to CBS Information correspondent Bill Whitaker.

Riggleman stated, “Absolutely.”

Whitaker inquired if Riggleman knew the events on both ends of the decision.
