Tory Minister Alex Burghart caused laughter from the BBC Question Time target audience on Thursday after he advised that Top Minister Rishi Sunak was “doing a excellent job.”

“Hear me out,” he pleaded with the crowd, attempting to continue his point.

Stopping him, host Fiona Bruce asked: “Why do you suppose individuals are laughing?”

Burghart spoke back: “I’m just going to finish what I’m pronouncing,” causing the target market to giggle as soon as once more.
