Former MSNBC contributor Malcolm Nance published Monday he is preventing alongside Ukrainian squaddies as part of the united states of america’s foreign legion.

The community’s former national security analyst has been absent from MSNBC’s protection of the struggle in up to date weeks. On Monday’s The ReidOut, he published why.

Nance, who spent two decades in the U.S. Navy, informed host Pleasure Reid he left the U.S. just a few weeks into Russia’s unprovoked warfare in Ukraine after he had considered sufficient carnage.

“Smartly, as you realize, I spent moderately a little bit of time here within the pre-struggle length, and when the invasion took place I had friends in Donetsk within the Ukrainian army who’re writing to us and telling us we’re now not going to live to tell the tale tonight,” Nance advised Reid.

Nance, who was once wearing battle fatigues and wielding a rifle right through the interview, stated his mission is to give protection to civilians.
