David Kennedy, head of computer security consulting firm TrustedSec LLC, advised Reuters that the federal government has but to plug more than 20 vulnerabilities that he and other safety consultants mentioned to the government shortly after HealthCare.gov went live on October 1. Hackers might steal personal data, modify information or assault the private computer systems of the web site's users, he said. They may additionally harm the infrastructure of the website online, consistent with Kennedy, who is scheduled to describe his safety issues in testimony on Thursday sooner than the House Science, House and Technology Committee.
