Democratic National Committee co-vice chair David Hogg will likely be pressured to choose between his work with the DNC and challenging Democratic incumbents in primaries.

DNC Chair Ken Martin might be announcing new principles in a Thursday call, a good way to embody conserving DNC individuals neutral in primaries, first mentioned through NOTUS. The rule of thumb would want to be passed and carried out in August.
