Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy claimed President Joe Biden “seemed like fuckin’ Hitler” All the way through his Thursday night speech in Philadelphia.

Biden addressed the us of a from Independence Hall, and portrayed former President Donald Trump and his “MAGA Republican” supporters as a chance to democracy.
