Chuck Todd blasted Sen. Minority Chief Chuck Schumer (D-NY) on CNN, just seconds after the network’s Kasie Hunt interviewed the lawmaker.

Hunt asked Schumer for his reaction to a brand new e book chronicling former President Joe Biden’s cognitive struggles as president and the efforts his body of workers went to hide them. Biden in the end dropped his reelection bid in July, weeks after face-planting in his lone 2024 debate with Trump. At one level, Biden declared, “We at last beat Medicare.”

Pointing to an Oval Place of business assembly Schumer had with Biden last year, Hunt requested the Democratic chief, “Did you truly no longer have any concept that he used to be not fit to serve a second term?”

Schumer dodged the question, replying, “We’re taking a look forward.”

“That’s it?” Hunt asked.

“That’s it,” Schumer certain her. Hunt thanked Schumer for coming on the express and then turned to her panel.

“Chuck Todd, go,” she stated.

A new book, Original Sin, through CNN’s Jake Tapper and Axios’s Alex Thompson, unearths that top White House aides tried to cover Biden from lower-stage personnel members.

“We attempted to protect him from his own team of workers so many individuals didn’t realize the extent of the decline beginning in 2023,” one former prime aide was once quoted as pronouncing.
