Charles Barkley could also be looking to make a drastic profession transfer in the coming weeks if he accepts a place on the printed group for LIV golf.

Barkley has prior to now said that he used to be going into talks to LIV but that is the primary time he’s mentioned walking far from his present tv contract.

Talking with Gary McCord on his SiriusXM radio express, Barkley broke down his concept process behind meeting with the staff.

“Chuck, let me ask you a question,” McCord said. “You needed to end while you had been 60. So you should go play golf. Now you got your new swing and also you’re gonna go fishing and enjoy retirement. And now you’re gonna talk to a tour about doing their broadcast. Now, do you need the money? Why are you fascinated about doing this?”

“Hello, I don’t need the cash. I wish to kinda — I would like the kinda cash they throwing around although,” Barkley laughed.

Because the dialog persevered he stated, “Whilst you look at one of the most numbers that these guys have become and on the numbers they’re throwing around, I’d be foolish to not take the meeting. So I — it’s gonna be attention-grabbing.”

“How would that adjust your involvement together with your current gig on TNT or would it not?” co-host Drew Stoltz asked.

“I don’t understand the rest. I don’t recognize if TNT would let me do it, to be honest with you,” Barkley said.

“You’ve got, God knows how many company purchasers…Now you would need to get a lot of money from LIV as a result of I’m assuming a variety of those sponsors would depart. Correct?” McCord asked.

“Perfect. Well, I don’t understand. Uh, I’m assuming a few of ’em would go away, but I’m a — that’s why this whole factor is interesting for me to surrender — ‘Result in like I say, I do not know how TNT goes to reply. I don’t even be aware of if they’ll let me do it,” Barkley brought. “I would possibly need to resign from TNT.”

Barkley is set to play within the LIV Tour Pro-Am experience next week at Trump Nationwide in Bedminster, New Jersey.
