Anti-Defamation League Prez. Denounces Trump’s Post Warning Jews to ‘Get Their Act Together’: ‘This Jewsplaining is Insulting and Disgusting’

Jonathan Greenblatt, the president of the Anti-Defamation League, issued a sharp rebuke to former President Donald Trump’s comments warning American Jews to “get their act together” and exhibit him proper appreciation, saying his remarks have been “Jewsplaining” and “insulting and disgusting.”

“No President has completed extra for Israel than I’ve,” the ex-president wrote in a Sunday morning post on Fact Social, the on-line platform he launched after getting excommunicated from just about every different major social media network.

“Moderately distinctly, on the other hand,” Trump persisted, “our glorious Evangelicals are some distance extra appreciative of this than the people of the Jewish religion, particularly those residing in the U.S. Those living in Israel, although, are a distinct story – Perfect approval score in the World, might simply be P.M.! As Mediaite’s Ken Meyer wrote prior Sunday, Trump has made repeated claims that Jewish individuals who don’t vote for him or make stronger his agenda are “disloyal” or don’t care about Israel, along with peddling anti-Semitic tropes about Jews controlling the media.

Greenblatt was once direct in his response to Trump, admonishing him for the undesirable lecture.

“We don’t want the previous president, who curries prefer with extremists and antisemites, to lecture us about the US-Israel relationship,” he tweeted Sunday afternoon. “It is not a few quid pro quo; it rests on shared values and safety interests.”

“This ‘Jewsplaining’ is insulting and disgusting,” Greenblatt concluded.
